Hi, I'm Alysa!

I was born and raised in Berks County, PA, earning a B.A. in Communication Studies from Saint Joseph's University and an M.S. in Leadership from Cabrini University. I have professional experience as a television reporter, host, speaker, and brand spokesperson. I currently work as a weekday evening traffic reporter at 6ABC Action News in Philadelphia, as well as an on-air brand ambassador on QVC.

I've worn a shiny hat most of my life. Topping off a decade of involvement in the Miss America Organization, I served as Miss Pennsylvania 2022, making public appearances and fulfilling speaking engagements across the commonwealth. I also fulfilled my lifelong dream of representing my home state at the 2023 Miss America Competition. Prior to that, I served my favorite city as Miss Philadelphia 2019 and 2020, as well held the title of Miss Pennsylvania's Outstanding Teen 2016. I currently serve my new home as Miss Delaware USA 2024 and competed at the 2024 Miss USA Pageant in Hollywood, California.

I am also a passionate mental health and recovery advocate, and founded a nonprofit organization, Tyler's Triumph, in memory of my late brother, Tyler, who lost his life to opioid addiction. Tyler's Triumph provides mental health and anti-stigma education to the community and support to people in recovery. I created "The More Than Program" as a means of providing that education and empowerment to people of all ages. Check out my speaking page to learn more!
